Thanks for a very positive roofing experience!
Our new roof is so beautiful we're thinking of charging a fee to all the gawking neighbors that stop by to admire it!!!
This was fun, positive experience from start to finish. Our sales rep spent three hours at our home going over every possible detail with us. He was knowledgeable, friendly and answered all our questions. As you can see by the pictures we have a pretty basic roof. There was no tear off to do; still, our three installers were 80% done on the very first day!
Everything was done and cleaned up to our satisfaction by the end of day two. Our installers were friendly, courteous and hard working. I watched them for a few minutes as they all worked like a finely tuned machine installing our roof in perfect rhythm.
For us, Interlock meant that the third time was the charm. We'd tried to do business with two other companies. The first took a large amount of money as a down payment and gave absolutely no customer service for two months. We got our money back and started over. The second company gave an inaccurate bid. Needless to say, we entered into this contract with some trepidation. interlock is a fabulous company and we'd recommend them to anyone in the market for a new roof!

Dear Bob,
I'm not sure who to best direct this letter of appreciation to but I'm assuming it will be shared with Interlock officials. As briefly mentioned in an email to you we are thrilled with everything. From our initial deliberations in choosing Interlock to the completion of the project we have been impressed. We have completed many remodeling projects in our home.
Replacing a roof certainly would be considered major. To know that we will not need to worry about replacing it is very comforting, not to mention the impressive appearance and worth it has added to our home and neighborhood. We would be remiss if we didn't mention the extraordinary work and work habits of Nazar. Committed, exacting, attention to detail, particular are words that immediately come to mind. His knowledge and work ethic are off the scale - long work days, mindful of what needs doing next (particularly with vagaries of spring weather) are noteworthy. He's a gem you can absolutely depend on. We await our first major nasty weather event to put this all to test - one that we are very confident about.

Our roof is finished and it looks beautiful! We are very pleased with the outcome. The "Aged Copper' was absolutely the right choice for our house and carriage shed. We want to thank you for your assistance and professionalism is presenting your product to us and explaining the specifics of the installation, and for your follow-up calls to see how the job was going. We especially would like to commend the installer. He was meticulous about his work, with great attention to detail, and it was evident that he takes a lot of pride in his work.
We know you said that 'all the installers are very good but we feel very fortunate to have had Nazar on this job. Everyone with whom we had contact at Interlock was friendly and helpful and we certainly appreciated that in making this investment in our home.
The job was finished yesterday and this morning we awoke to snow! So we actually did get to witness the snow guards doing their job. We took a photo and if it comes out well, we'll send you a copy. Don't make a special trip, but if you are in the area do stop by to see how great the roof looks. If the dog is out in the yard, just call his name, "Bonzo," and talk to him. We just had the completion of our new roof. We are happy at how professional the job looks, and how the Interlock material gives the house a different look.
It's a very good looking rich roof, we love the way the aluminum pieces interlock each other and make the house look so different than the other roofs. Many of the neighbors have stopped to look at the roof all are impressed how good and nice it looks.
The workers were professional, hard workers and fast, and they cleaned up every night. We are very happy and pleased with the decision we made. Finally we do not have to worry about the roof any more.

The roof that you installed looks so wonderful! I had my doubts as the "typical" aluminum roof looks too barn-like. With the Interlock roof, we got the look I wanted and the durability that my husband was looking for. We were very pleased with the installation as it took only a few days and our yard was neat and clean when completed. This roof is one of the best investments and improvement we have made for our home. We highly recommend the Interlock Aluminum Roof Shakes for anyone interested in investing in their home.

Drip, drip, drip. This is not a sound you want to hear at 3:30 am... in bed... coming from your attic... in the dead of winter. A quick peek in the attic confirmed my worst fears, the ice dam on the roof was allowing melted water to seep through the crappy asphalt shingles and into the house. We called a local contractor and had the ice dam removed, but this didn't fix the underlying problem that our current roof was cheap and damaged. My wife and I moved into a beautiful three story brick tudor on Madison's near west side in the fall of 06'. It was perfect in that it had been beautifully remodled with gorgeous woodwork, marble, stunning attention to detail, with the exception of the roof.
We had decided that, barring any unforeseen circumstances, this was the house we were going to stay in until retirement, so why not invest in a metal roof. After a couple of weeks of research and interviewing we settled on Interlock. Part of the choice was made on the quality of the product and part was made on the salesmanship of the rep, Chuck.
Work started and except for some problems with the weather, things progressed smoothly. We were especially impressed with the steps the crew took in regards to safety and our stay-at-home neighbor told us about how exciting the crew was, "you're definitely getting your monies worth", was her exact quote. At the end of the job the crew even emptied out all the trash that we had pulled out of the attic for us. Now that's service!
After everything is said and done we've been able to cap off our gorgeous house with an equally gorgeous roof.
